Stoked on mine. It made the back of the boat so much more user friendly. Good job on the install looks like it came from the factory that way.

Great job, looks factory professional !! Two questions if you don't mind. What's this ? And, where you going to re-mount the ski tow ?

Man that thing is cantilevered out there. What kind of support system does it use?
Looks super functional, and helps protect any contact with the drive while boarding from the water.

Those look like spring clamps holding the trim until it sets.

Oh thanks, I see that now, hadn't noticed they were spring clamps. Plus putting my glasses on helps too, lol

I have been looking at those for my magic. How well are they built?
They are built very nice. I drove to Phoenix and checked out there shop. Had them make template and install. Much less $$ compared to the other 3 manufacturers and looks better IMO.

I love it - it looks real solid and swim platforms out of Phoenix was so easy to to work with. It was supposed to take 5 weeks - took closer to 6.5. You order it and don’t pay a dime until it ships (in my case I picked it up)

If you pick it up - use a credit card with different state billing address and you can avoid state tax.... not that I would do that

Also if you pick it up you avoid the shipping crate cost of about $100... they make a solid full wooden crate to ship it. Mine they had wrapped in carpet and held together with plastic wrap - absolutely fantastic packaging. I was there long enough to pay and 5 minutes to tie it down so it would not bounce on the way back to Havasu.

The platform over laps the original small factory swim step and braced underneath. Two good sized supports that are mounted to transom up to near the outside edge of platform. They say 600 pounds is the conservative max weight.

As someone stated, clamp holding on the trim until it sets. The rubber trim is really thick and I had to heat it with a heat gun to cut it and fit it... the caulking will hopefully hold the final end in - along with the rubber trim cooling off and retaining its new shape.

Ski toe spot has not been used in ten years... I have a wake board tower that I use when needed.

Two support bars - I don’t have a picture but if go to swim platforms.com they have a lot of pictures you can look at that show the supports..

I have two grandkids that will be having fun on this boat .... the main reason was to help prevent a fall onto the props... Those counterrotating props with the engine off can do a hell of a lot of damage if you land the wrong way.

The 5'x8' 4 person tube fits nicely on it also. Or large lilly pad. I just pull the tube right up on it to load and unload kids. The prop would be hard to hit now where before you could easily slip off the small swim step and land on it.

Do have a picture of yours ? I am going to take my boat down to them next month , how long did it take for them to complete the job once you drop your boat off ?

Tks will do , I am thinking that the pre- existing holes from the brkts from two little swim steps that on the boat now should be filled in and have gel done on the transom before they install the new one . Your platform looks great, did you have them install a ladder ? or you going to use a aqua step

They filled existing ladder holes. I had them install one of there ladders. I had 2 ladders before that didn't match. There ladder was better quality so went that route.

They able to fill and match the gel coat on the transom ? I would need 16 screw holes filled also to match the red on the transom , I didn't ask them if they able to do that .

They can do some gel repairs. I had 2 scratches they looked at for me but chose not to fix as they were to close to other colors. My existing holes you can't see new step covers them.
