Did a turn and burn down to Phoenix yesterday and thought I would share the pictures we saw of the Superbowl prep going on. It was amazing how many tents and staging areas they had set up around the arena. It gave me goosebumps as I drove by. Crazy how much effort, prep, and money goes into these events! Does anyone want to share who they are cheering for?
I'll dive in first and say Go Chiefs!

I'm cheering for Jalen Hurts. I've watched him since he was a freshman at Alabama. He's such a talented young man. I loved how he held himself when Saban benched him for his senior year. He never said anything about it, just sat. Then he said that it was probably the best thing that could have happened to him after the fact. Pure class. Then he went to the Sooners as a grad student, winning the Big 12 championship and going to the playoffs that year. I wanted him to get the championship so badly just to give Saban a big F-U. A Superbowl win would do the trick.

I'm rooting for the Eagles only cause I can't stand the stupid State Farm commercials! 🤣

I'm a Cowboys fan so no issue having to root for my team in the Super Bowl anytime soon

I just wanna watch 🐕 bowl 😊
Probably have SB on as background noise mostly, don't care who wins.
Tell you what though, Phoenix is gonna be packed with both SB & the WM golf tournament in town. Two of the biggest fan producers in the country.

Oh dang, I did not realize both were the same weekend! It's going to be crazy town there! I just use the SB as an excuse to eat my favorite snacks. LOL!

Truthfully, I just want to see a good game. I love the sportsmanship aspect.

Watching guys try and kill each other, and then high fiving each other after?

Pure class. 👍🏼👍🏼

So the Superbowl is political also???
Ever since they started that kneeling garbage, yes.
Have you seen the back of their helmets? Lol
Don't forget the crap in the end zones. I'm not for racism, but I'm also not tuning in for social re-education, I tuned in to watch a game and take my mind off of the world.

My daughter asked me years ago (she was 3-4yo) what the puppy bowl was. I told her it was so the democrats have something to watch on Superbowl Sunday, she started crying and saying 😭"I don't want to be a democrat"😭🤣🤣🤣

I could care less about football but I don't mind seeing Fletcher Cox do well. He is into radial tire racing pretty big. Anyone that supports drag racing can't be to bad.

This is last year, he is the owner not the driver but he has built several different cars. Some pretty bad ass rides.

Well, since I live about an hour from Lincoln Financial Field I will be cheering for the Eagles as will just about everyone else around here.

On a side note, I sure hope Phili has plenty of cops or maybe even the national guard out when the game is over. If the Eagles lose the city is going to burn. Actually, if the Eagles win the city is going to burn. Either way the city is f**ked.

Every single playoff game this year my personal favorite has lost. So, these two... I will watch for the commercials and the excuse to eat and drink.
I'll drink to that! I wonder which company will end up with the best commercial this year...

Mmmm not paying much attention in the last few years?

Not really. I like college ball. I will watch a pro-game if it happens to be on at the bar that I happen to be at, but I haven't sat down and actually watched a full game in years. But aside from the half-time shenanigans, commercials, and kneeling, I don't think that rooting for one team or another has anything to do with politics.

Ill have it on for nothing more than good friends food and drinks. Didnt watch a single game this year or last.
I hate to be the naysayer, but the commercials suck now. They are still selling them as amazing and the thing to watch but that ended years ago. No companies are willing to take a chance and do something different. They just stay in their bubbles.
After cutting the cord years ago I have since forgot about commercials. Ended up watching a local station last week while on vacation and seeing a series of them and was shocked. They were so dumb and had nothing to do with what they were pushing. Me and my wife both said at nearly the same time "people still get paid to think of this crap and produce it?"
