Btw, there is already a facility like mine in Boca Raton called The Exotic Toy Vault.

At some point I will list all the ones we like. Then we can vote on those.

We really like the upscale names.

Earlier today I found this listing for a storage unit in Davie. It certainly justifies my pricing.

Five Hundred Hillsboro

Kinda has a cool ring.
But do you want the name to identify the product?
Five hundred Hillsboro
Exotic storage
Some west coast buildings,
“I live at Ten Five Sixty.”
A high rise condo in Wiltshire district.
“Where do you keep your junk?”
“Five Hundred Hillsboro”

Here is what I am thinking.

I will have a small boutique luxury storage. I am leaning towards 24 - 20x50 units, with lofts. Once the 23 units are sold, I no longer need to advertise what it is. Both my high net worth customers and myself, would prefer, is for the facility to be more secure than Fort Knox, being a complete mystery as to what’s behind the entry gates. Incognito. Five Hundred Hillsboro. Once the units are sold, I highly doubt there will be much turnover. No need to advertise that expensive items are being stored here.

My building facade will make it look quite architectural, based on city requirements to fit in the neighborhood. I can make it look like almost anything…… a condo building…… a office building……. Match the facade of the building right across the street?

I am not set on the above, but that’s where I am leaning.

Here’s another take on the address theme that my kid used for her shop.
