Thoughts? This issue has had huge implications for a while now, is it all coming home to roost at an increased rate? All part of the design to limit and control population?

I'm trying to do my part by providing daily'ish samples, but no one appears interested in them? Heck, I cant even find an address to send them to?

Chemicals in food and medication in "developed" countries would be an issue, but too much money to be made. Couple that with the "it's cool" to be gay, a "non-binary" or a damn cat, and procreation will decline.

Not good.
I' m of the camp that those people would not contribute to society in a positive manner so that's a win. ;)

By Not Good, do you mean, amazingly, incredibly awesome 🥳🥳🥳
50% reduction in humankind on this rock baby, now that would be worth coming back to experience. 👍

The problem is, the "developed" countries are seeing these issues. In effect, we are reducing the population of the innovators, while simultaneously helping the rise of those breeding at a normal rate. It can end up becoming a "Brave New World", with only those in charge, and worker drones. Those in charge always seem to fancy themselves the best and brightest, and allow no dissenting thoughts. If that were to happen, mankind would be doomed.

This. The current world population growth rate is not sustainable. What needs to happen is population decline through regular attrition and less reproduction.

Oh man, don't harsh my friggin buzz dude, I've seen the movies, I know how this shit's going to work --- walls, f*cking tall, huge impenetrable walls. Smart folks inside, the masses slaving away beyond it's confines --- now fix the damned yellow Kitty. 🤣;)

Well…there’s always the Nuke War Option. Surprised it hasn't happened yet but the night is young.

I seem to know a lot of DINKs in their 30s who will stay that way for whatever reason. They’re usually highly educated, white and like to travel and party rather than take care of a family. They usually own at least one if not multiple homes and lots of toys. I think it’s a matter of maturity and fear of responsibility.

On the other hand, I know a lot of single income families with little to no education and 5-8 kids. They own nothing or if they do it’s in the outright hood and have little to no other assets as they live paycheck to paycheck.

This is an unsustainable trend as we’ve got less producers and more takers over time and on a whole.

Visit any large city and you’ll confirm this.

Lol
Mankind on earth is a temporary condition.
Depending on what science you subscribe to, the earth has about 2-4 billion years until it fries or freezes, and the sun either blows up or fizzles out.
So either mankind moves on to another rock, or becomes space bound transient, or perishes.
(Assuming no biological changes or adaptations)
No big deal.

In he mean time, I wouldn’t sweat our earthly condition…mother nature (and the creators) have a way of sorting things out.

It’s happened before, and it’ll happen again.

The Hopi believe there have been 3 previous "worlds". The first ended by fire, war, meteor...whatever. The second ended by ice, ice age, nuclear winter maybe. The third was ended by a "great flood", but they had no Noah, the good people were "sealed in reeds", and floated to the fourth world. The "spider grandmother" came and helped the survivors each time move to the next world...

They say the end of the fourth world will be marked by the Blue Star Kachina. A living place in the heavens falling from the sky. Falling space station? Or maybe a distant supernova? Whatever it is, it's probably coming. Many religions talk of the same things, just in different ways. I kind of see it like playing "telephone". The original stories have been repeated so many times that there are just a few words left of the original.

The Mayans say 5, but it really depends on one’s interpretation.

I think it more has to do with lifestyle and how we care for ourselves, I have close a relative that lives a stagnant life style and is the same age as me...

I'm a very active guy and never sit still, he sits still and never moves, they struggle to conceive and 2 times my wife and I tried we ended with these 2 knuckleheads

May be something to that 🤔 Was doing sales, and took a bit for the first. Went back into construction full time, and wasn't "trying"...he was quick. Number three, wife was on the pill, one ovary...and apparently my swimmers went mission impossible.

My brother and his wife are where I heard the term "dink" for the first time. She's a librarian for LA County, masters degree and such. He's a tech person, masters in something as well. They buy expensive wine, and go on cruises every month it seems.

Oh, and I think Biden helped them with their student loans.

So I guess one day Mormons and Catholics will rule the world? LOL

Honestly there's even been a decline in children in those groups too but not to the same degree as society as a whole.

It will be interesting to see (not that I will be here) what the effects of the woke left will be on procreation in 100 years......

Tucker would have a lot to say about your brother and his wife. They tend to leave legacies of selfishness and vanity behind when they go…

Well, I've been waiting for him to return my call since Christmas... Kind of sad really, we shared a home, even a bedroom as kids, and I only hear from him when he has car or construction questions. He's never once called to see how my family is, even with fairly major stuff that has transpired the past few years.😢

I just cleaned house on a few like that, putting everything out and getting little back, when I'm done I'm truly done.
Not someone as close as a Brother though, that stinks.

I hadn’t spoken to my brother for 7 years when he died at age 54. (About 8 years ago?)
Watched him die on facetime.
My nephew is no fucking prize either. Blocked him about 15 years ago.

Somehow my sister is still alive at 65 years old.

There’s a reason Ive always kept 2000 miles and an ocean between myself and “them”.

It’s cool Kenny.
I don’t have that Hallmark greeting card gene that places some separate importance on people just because they came from the same mom…so it was never really a tragedy to me.
Bad people are bad people.
Honestly? I didn’t even blink.

I have a sister like that. Talked to her a day or two before Mom's funeral. She couldn't be bothered to go I guess. That was almost 13 years ago. She was drama incarnate. Drugs, booze and kids. With my brother, he isn't causing any harm to my kids and doesn't have his own, so that's a plus. I think that's why I wouldn't cut him out. He's never taken money or anything directly from my household, and I don't think he'd ever do anything intentionally to screw us over that way. He's just different than me I guess.

I get it, my Father was a bad person, I wrote him off and never looked back.
Shame it had to be that way but I was going backwards with him around.
