I don’t and I know he won’t that’s why I’ll happily wait. It’s going to be a great car just not yet.

What happened yesterday when he went to go riding with the new Polaris? Why no video of the real driving comparison? He kept hyping it up, I wonder why he hasn't posted anything?🤔

We are comparing (what is supposed to be) a 60k car to a 40k car, and thinking that this is ok???

Me personally...

I'm thinking RG is a complete douche to do this.

Maybe he should compare it to a Rhino to show off how much better it is. 🙄👎

He Just posted a video of the driving on 95 into the desert. Said they would have more content later.

I was quoted $55K otd for a pro R. I should of put the 1500 down on the Speed when I was at the Sand Show in 2019. Live and learn.

Which car is $60k??? The speed he used is not. By the way, spewing bullshit opinions that’s aren’t true makes you a douche. 🙄

Not specifically related to this, but in general you almost always have to drill a pressure relief when welding tubes that short, especially with a production environment where you can't wait for the tube to cool then finish the weld. This is because as the part gets hotter and hotter during welding the air inside is continually expanding, and when you get to the very end of the weld when you are about to finish sealing it up that air starts to jet out through the weld puddle, this causes a massive weld inclusion. Aka no bueno.

That looks to me like the front upper arm, that tube is providing pure tensile to stop the front an rear tube from spreading apart as the wheel takes hits, even if that is only a half weld, it would probably never break in that location anyway.

Yeah, he just said he didn't run against the Pro R yesterday because "They were already off and running by the time we got there."
???? That was the entire reason that guy brought his Polaris to Havasu! 🤦‍♂️

Here is a post from a guy who went down to Havasu to look for that area on any of the cars. Take it for what it is, either the photo is shopped, or misleading, or this guy on FB is wrong.

As to your original post a speed to a pro r sport (similar) is about 10k cheaper all things equal. Watch that IG video posted in here it’s pretty telling.

I can go buy a Pro R or Talon tomorrow.

The only thing I can buy from RG tomorrow is a place in line.

And that place in line, the way I understand it, would be many years down the road under the best of conditions.

Just stating facts is all. 😔

That’s the big thing people are saying now is “well can’t just go buy one”.

Pretty shortly here you are going to be able to buy one just like a pro r or anything else.. most of the production slots are for dealers. Next season they will be all over the place.

But what about 20k pre orders they have to fill first??

"Pretty shorty" seems like it's a LONG way off.

I’m not sure how you can say this when nobody has one in their hands or driven one except for the king himself. Are you confident about reliability?

A friend of mine ordered a car 6 months ago and received a order number just above 3,000.

There are somewhere around 4,000 direct customer cars and 16,000 dealer car's on order.

Todd Romano also confirmed what I'm saying.

My reliable Can Am took a shit at 200 miles. Went to there booth at the sand show and explained my problem. They blew me off. Went and put a deposit on a Turbo RZR 30 minutes later. I searched online and nothing but terrible reviews on the RZR. So I tried to add a extended warranty. Already had a otd price locked in. But they wouldn't give me a warranty price without running my credit. I backed out of the deal. Don't want the headaches I went through with Can Am after researching the Turbo rzr.

I sure hope Speed doesn't have the issues the other 2 have. And at the Show price from 2019. I feel it was worth the risk after seeing the 12 delivered.

“production” cars should have been running around havasu all day every day. Have 10 speed employees drive the hell out of them for months prior to these first 12 production cars being shown to the owners.
