Hello RDP fam! We recently purchased a property in South Lake Havasu City. We are looking for "snow birds" that would like to rent the property from October 2024 through April 2025. Single month, multiple months, for the entire winter.....we are flexible! Home has been recently upgraded and comes fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath 1400 square feet and a boat deep garage. Located on a nice quiet street and sits on a large level lot with recently added concrete side RV parking and hook-ups. Huge walled backyard with plenty of room including fire pit and lounge seating! All furniture and interior fixtures have been replaced. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the front bedroom, queen and bunk beds in the back bedroom. Sleeps 10 comfortably! There is a recently installed professional pool table in the garage with a mini-split AC unit and a 55" TV for playing music or simply watching TV.
