Went out in the toon yesterday and there was a toon waaay up the rocks by the lighthouse on the California side just north of copper canyon. There was a ranger boat there and a few people hanging out in the water next to the toon. This was around eleven or there about. Wondering how they managed that and haven't heard anything about it.
