you’ve had some really messed up, Bull shit, get screwed up every which way day!

It’s truly amazing how things can go completely wrong so fast and with out much effort!

The highs and the lows make up this time we call life. Without the lows, you'd never know the highs. I was having what I thought was a bad week, month... well a crappy time in my life. Karma, fate, whatever you want to call it, showed me I was wrong. I woke up in a ditch, broken neck, bleeding...Story for another day. Point is, made me realize the things I thought were bad, weren't so bad. That incident helped me deal with things afterwards, that were more difficult. What doesn't kill you...

It may seem weird, but when I have a shitty day, week, month, I try to seek out others that are having a tough time in their life and help them out. I involve myself as much as possible with charities that are personal to me. Parkinsons, CHOC, Wounded Warrior, ASPCA, etc.

That said, I have used - this too shall pass - you have to see the valleys to realize the highs - it will be better tomorrow - things always have a way of working out - bad days don't last forever... etc etc etc more times that I can count in the last couple of days.

Sorry for being vague, I'm just not one to share much most of the time. However sometimes you just need a pick me up and you all are giving it to me - I REALLY appreciate the kind words and encouragement from you all even if you don't fully know whats up. It means a great deal to me.
