Ingredients:
1) 1 onion, julienned2) 1 1/2 C. water
3) 4 oz. (1 stick) unsalted butter
4) 1/2 C. Worcestershire sauce
5) 1/2 C. white wine vinegar
6) 1 Tbsp. mustard flour (dry mustard)
First time I mopped the ribs every 30 minutes with the Tootsie Tomerez mop recipe.
Smoked until 195f internal temp. One hour wrapped.
For a clean slice rest the ribs 45 min before serving.
The Rodney Scott mop recipe is good too, just add butter and W sauce.
Don’t worry that they may be vinegar flavored, doesn’t happen.
Damn are they good.
