slip roll in Havasu or Parker

I need to roll a piece of 1/8" x 3" x 50.25" into a 16 inch diameter ring. Any leads on a shop (or garage) that can handle more than sheet metal thickness?

Havasu iron and metal could roll it. They have a decent sized setup.
