Show(s) you Watch Before Bed?

Every night my wife, daughter and I watch "King of Queens" on TV Land before bed. We usually are asleep by 9:30 or so. The show is great in my opinion and easy to watch and unwind to. Its a little bit of family time in this hectic world.

It reminded me of when I was a kid. We watched MASH when I was younger, Buck Rogers, and later on it was Cheers. Then it was bedtime. Still remember those songs in my head.

What shows do you watch now and what did you watch as a kid?

Interesting how many people watch King of Queens. Wife and I watched the series, but the end was jacked up and we never went back to it. It’s usually Seinfeld or Frazier for us. Sometimes wife watches Friends. I used to watch MASH.

Sucks because Friday things are getting shut down here for round number three.

I took a box about 12x12x12 and cut the top and front out so she can put her iPad in there and the light does not shoot my way when I’m trying to go to sleep

How funny you say Cobra Kai. I put it on last night (the wife is 3 years younger than me) because I've heard good things about it including the music. She was not amused and went straight to her phone. I eventually turned it off and put it on House Hunters, something we both enjoy.

Depends on what's out at the time, but we usually unwind to Ozarks, Billions, or some BRAVO reality TV trash (I'm in it for the chicks not the content )

Never used to have the TV on when we went to bed until a few years ago when I spent a couple weeks in the hospital. Since then, its on every night until the auto shut off turns it off.

My TV watching is on a schedule. When I wake up at 6:30am, take puppy out. Come back in around 7am. Watch Gilligan's Island on METV. Then switch to Bloomberg Canada for the market news until 1pm. Then switch to Fox News until 7pm. At that time I watch Big Bang Theory. Then its onto METV until I fall asleep. TV has auto shut off. Sometimes at 5pm I watch Big Bang Theory.

I usually get hooked on a series...Game of Thrones, Vikings, Dexter, American Horror Story/Ratched, Alone...In between series, I always fall back to watching anything on Investigative Discovery Channel....Love me some Joe Kenda Homicide Hunter.

Its funny you say Criminal minds. My wife was watching this show and it got me interested in it. It is a great show but wow some twisted people out there. Well I started watching it in bed and about a week in I realized I wasnt sleeping and having crazy dreams because of that show so I no longer watch that show before bed. LOL
