Scammers aside, they've gone up a ton here in Oregon. I was going to by a 20 footer for 2k, then blinked, now they're over 7k. I found one on an auction, farm guy selling out at out in the desert, thought here we go....I stopped bidding at 4500. Thankfully I just "want" one, I don't have to have one.

I have a “one trip” 20 foot container in Fullerton I either need sell in the next 10 days Or get it transported to my place in the desert. My storage lot is closing. I know we paid an extra thousand dollars+ for the one trip vs the “wind and water tight” quality option.
I also need to buy at least 2 40’ containers delivered to 92285 zip.
If anyone is in sales call me 714-616-0417

Expanding the compound with 2 more 40’s
I actually might be out for Hammers this year - buddy is racing the class 11 and trophy truck race the first weekend. If that works outs, I will text, might need dirt to crash on :)

Sound great. Class 11- hell ya my favorite “real drivers” class.

Expanding lol, I’ll have the air bnb market dominated in Johnson Valley with container homes if I ever completely finish the ones I have going. Always end up playing more than working out there even when I go just to work.

If it's just for storage, with current prices I'd skip the container and go find a used box van....you can get a U-haul truck for $6K. No need to pay to delivery and placement, and much easier to move it if you need to.

Prices have gone crazy. I paid a extra $1000 for my 45'. Earlier this year. Spot in Gardena only raised there prices a $1000 each compared to 2-3k from the other locations I got quoted. They had 1200 containers on hand so must be a hell of a year for them making just a extra thousand a container. Have not been by there in a while to check inventory.

I can look for the guys number that delivered it to Parker. He said if anyone needed another at Echo call him directly for a better deal.

15,000 not a misquote. Conexs are going for 18-21k right now in Long Beach.
Last month I was quoted $5k + 750 delivery distance of 125 miles for 40ft high cubes . Check out the other quote from 2020 where I bought them for $2000 plus $650 shipping

That looks really dope. Did you do the Poker Run or Burning Dan’s? PM me the coordinates so I can check it out on our next trip out.

If you’re talking about the “neighborhood” poker run thanksgiving, absolutely we have been involved since the beginning. All the kids in our group have been winning youngest riders to finish on two wheels and four wheels over the last 3 years. My son did it at 6 in his rzr and 7 with a pack of his buddies on KTM and Husky 50s, total proud dad moment he set a goal and crushed it when I didn’t think he could. From our property to get to the start and then back home after the party was close to 40 miles and 3 tanks of gas lol. I ran that poker run in 2014 to keep it alive after Greg was over it and quickly realized I don’t have time for that shit and handed it off to Charlie. That was the year we bought the 40 acres. My family compound my dad bought in the late 1970's is 5 acres right off Milne.

Charlie’s only a couple lots down from me on Milne and always been a great neighbor. Glad your group is doing so well. One of our boys won the youngest on 2 wheels to finish about 4 or 5 years ago. The group now in high school finished 1st in an hour this year. We cruised it in Jeeps with plenty of beer n piss stops. What’s your nearest cross road or land mark?
