as I stated in previous posts, I do not rely on 'one shot deals' when looking at the overall future of the US trade and manufacturing goals our country must take .

Palin is correct to QUESTION this deal and everyone that follows it . The transition from 'losing' to having 'equal trade parity', will take a lot of work and some time .

Only fools claim this minor win to be a 'great labor victory', because WE DON'T KNOW what all the COSTS are . Federal, state, local governments working with the Trump people may have 'given away the farm', but we just don't know right now .

These kinds of 'changes' take time and negotiations, how well the American workers/people are protected has been the big question mark for decades .

I remember a future number of 35% tariffs being placed on US imports . IF that is not enough to make companies reconsider their plant placements and workforce choices, then I feel that the US government should not go any further with incentives . (detractors)

IF this deal between Trump and Carrier has more than the threat of a "35%" tariff, then we need to put 'trade deal limits' into place very quickly .

Trump needed to announce a preemptive VICTORY, and now that he has one I expect his people to protect the true interests of the USA and it's workers, or else .

Funny part is that she doesn't sound screechy in person.
But a microphone sure does bring it out.

It's a shame, there is no denying that the podium is no friend to palin, but face to face she is extremely smart and cohesive.
