Saw this online . . . the 1st step has been approved, now it's moving on in the process . . . .
#1. - All Sacramento residents who are gun owners must carry a current firearm liability insurance policy.
#2. - There will be a $25 per firearm / per year 'Harm Reduction Fee'. (example - if you own 10 firearms, it's $250 in annual fee's)
#3. - All minors now prohibited inside any FFL (even if accompanied by an adult)
#4. - No more home-based firearm businesses allowed to operate within city limits.
I'm sure all the Sacrament criminals are up in arms over these new proposed laws.
