looking for some info on a decent trailer. It’s for a RZR XP 1000 2 seater. Looked at at a Carry On today and I swear I tweaked it by standing on the corner of it. Big Tex, PJ, and Iron Panther are other brands in my area. Looking at 7x12 or 7x14. what do ya think is the best?

I’ve got the Big Tex 70pi 18ft and it’s been great for the two years we’ve owned it. We need longer now and will probably just get the same thing in a 20ft+.

Damn, I'm clever! I thought it was for a trailer to pull behind the Rzr. Ya know, to put your tent and stuff on.

Thanks for the info. The do it yourself would give me goose bumps every time I hit a big bump. I have a welder but not THAT good.

I see a lot of aluminum trailers used for sxs’s, light weight no rust & easy

I like a 2 axle trailer w/ 5,000lb axles but that’s me. I have a PJ 20 ft

What would a 20+ old 80"x16' home made equipment trailer be worth ?
Heavy but strong and dependable.

What weight axles?

does it look like crap?

if it looks good 5 to $8,000 w/ 10,000 lb axles

look for used on line

This is my 18' Innovative open car hauler. It tows good but the paint is shit for being a supposedly premium trailer (the owner of the company is also an asshole). If I had to do it over again I would have bought a Featherlite for not much more.

LSK just started selling a weld-it-yourself trailer specifically for side by sides. It's a little different and more work, but it's another option.

ive seen them and they are very nice, but you still need to source axles, suspension, wheels tires, fenders and lights. im not sure if after you add all that in they are are less expensive, and then you have to figure your time or paying someone to burn it together and paint / powdercoat and then the trip to DMV for a homebuilt trailer.
