My 2022 Turbo R has 2800 miles on it. Picked it about a 3 weeks ago. Pretty much stole it. Less than 1/2 price of new. Not including $12k in upgrades it has.

The factory rear tender springs where pretty much collapsed…

Flipping the forums read as much as I could a various replacement options…

Found a set of Zbroz on ebay for about half price. Reviews where good, pulled the trigger.

I have done this on a few buggies already so I know what I was getting into.

Thats stupid non sense.
Getting the front shocks out of the car, first was a pain…it was the driver side.

But got my ass whooped on by the passenger side. Some how I got it wedged and lost a fews hours of my life getting it un fucked.

A fairie must have flown by, sprinkled some magic pixie dust and it popped right out… WTF…

Have an initial ride height, a bit lower than I want, but I know it will settle over the next 400miles. Then I will re adjust.

Pretty much needed all the tools for some stupid reason. Lost 18mm socket for a half hour… ugggg

A quick 4-5 mile lap… its softer and more plush… but the cross overs where to low…

Spent last hour or so just adjusting them.

Suspension is very time consuming.

Good info! I am actually fixing to buy the ZBroz kit for my turbo XP. Have you got any more miles on yours in the dirt? Anything you dont like about it? I like 80% of the way mine handles. Im just hoping for more low speed compliance. I feel like mine is rough, even in comfort mode, on small rocky trails, washboard, etc.

Ive ridden in a few with the shock therapy springs and didnt feel they were much better than stock on small stuff. I was going to just do the rzr aid tenders, but afraid that will just end up being a temporary bandaid.

I also just bought those same tires you are running!

I live outside of Reno NV, its been pretty cold and rainy/snowy here, combined with my work/travel schedule..
No… I have not ridden since the last post.

What I can say is the ride is alot more soft for sure. Beyond a shadow of a doubt. You barely notice 3” rocks at 35mph in our dirt roads.

However…. My ride height is still about 1” lower than where I will set it once the springs settle in. (When you install yours, add about a 1/2 inch of preload more than what they instructions say… HINT HINT HINT.)

So we have to take that into account, that mine will get a bit firmer, as I adjust the suspension to the correct ride height.

As I mentioned, the rear shocks are stupid easy to install. But the front shocks are bitch. Getting them out of the car is game tetris, frustation and wtf…. Especially if you get one wedged in a bad spot. I got my ass kicked for over an hour just getting that passenger side out of the car. I think I finally just got pissed and pulling, tugging, until it popped out. I was standing, so I could not see exactly how it popped out.

I got my springs 1/2 price on ebay.. I think I paid like $580 delivered. So for being a cheap bastard like I am, that and the reviews is why I chose to spend my $$$ on Zbroz… Would I have paid the $1000 for them, know that MTS, Zeibach which makes springs for Shock T… not sure… But I am happy so far.

My tires are the ”35’s”. But when I measured them with a tape measure, they are 33.5”… LOL.
So I think I will set my ride height to about 17.5” ish… not sure yet. I am hearing that factory settings some are at 18” with the factory 32s.

I need to do more research on what I need to do in that regards.

Good info, thank you! I am fairly happy with high speed, whoops, etc but I know that can be better. My main compliant is the smaller stuff so that answers my question. I talked to Zbroz, they didnt give me much info other than basically telling me "it will be better than stock all around".

I assume you got your springs from KJmotorsports off Ebay as well. Thats mostly why I am looking, they have the kit for my RZR for 580$ also. I had found an eibach stage 3 kit for 499, but they only had one and I missed out on the deal. I dont really want to pay 1K$+ for springs on this RZR, I was debating just going with the RZR aid tenders. However, by the time you buy the tenders, then if I ever wanted to do crossover rings...Id be in it for 450$. Might as well just do the full spring kit now for 100$ more and be done.

Especially when you factor in the effort it takes to work on the front shocks.

Only want to pull them once… lol

Or maybe I just suck at it?? That’s probably the answer.
