Just read this on FB and thought maybe someone at RDP might have seen this unfinished boat:

Last May I posted about my friend who bought an Ultra boat and four years later has never received his boat. The boating community was very supportive with suggestions. Now Rusty and Ultra have packed up and moved with no forwarding address. My friend is $50,000 into this and now we can’t find the boat. Ultra boats filed for bankruptcy and was denied and now he is worried he won’t get anything. I’m doing this for my friend who was buying this boat for retirement. Please spread the word about Ultra before someone else gets burned. Here are some pictures he took of the 24ft boat over the past four years. Think they are more risqué bikini photo’s than full nude photo’s. If they are pushing a site then I’m sure RDP is on top of it but It’s probably random IG photos. This is my only Social Media site I’m on so Im purely speculating

First of all shout out to my friends who always have mine and my family's back. Second, I received a call from Rusty and went to his new shop on Thursday to see our boat. The hull is currently being worked on and we agreed on a 4 step process that he would meet at specified dates or he would release the boat to me with the verified HIN# on it and accompanying MSO. There are dates for each of the 4 steps and if one is missed, he will release the boat to me.

There are some good guys on here with a lot of contacts, @RiverDave and @Gelcoater are two off the top of my head that could point you in the direction of people and shops that could help you get the boat completed

He is still not off my property he is trying to sue me saying I have stolen things I bet the next report will be these death threats it is so crazy I bent over backwards for him and it took me until June 17 when all I did is googled his bad checks and I was in shock still hasn't pd me crazy I have learned alot and this has been so stressful but since he has pulled what he has on me i will be also taking him to court they told me yesterday when he was here that he is on probation for writing bad checks and all he had to to was be honest crazy to me

And he's trying to sue me it's been very hard to sit back and stay quiet when he just keep going going I have had to put so many fires out telling everyone everything okey the truth always come out I just need him off my property so I can rent my building as soon as he knew I caught on to what he was doing he turned into a completely different person threatening me ect .... Everytime he comes here with a cop he has another story but what he doesn't realize is what we have on him as soon as I caught on and call him out on the rent he couldn't get boats out of here fast enough he started renting her April 12th just hauling boats in and out and all he had to do is tell the truth I thought I help him out and this is what I get in return like the trooper told me lucky me because he has been doing this for a very longtime

There is a great fiberglass and gel shop in Hemet but I can’t for the life of me remember the name of it.. something composites? There is also a guy operating under the Carrera name in Hemet that people have taken projects too and seem happy.. I don’t know anything about him though.
