Lol. Job we were at yesterday the elevator has a methane issue that comes up through the ground. It's by the labrea tar pits and I guess common for the area. I always take the stairs. Few of my guys took the elevator. I get to the 2nd level and there outside the elevator dry heaving. I was laughing my ass off. While they were gagging.

The condo doesn't smell but I could smell it as soon as I walked out on the balcony yesterday. No wonder there is so many units for sale there.
