Slip is located directly out from the store/on the same dock as the events like SCFW/Regattas

I was an original buyer so the monthly is lowest there is ($550) PAID for September.

Power/Water at post at slip.

Corner guards and chain to block included

This is for $0 and you pay the transfer fee (which is like $1650ish) I paid $6500.. THIS IS A ONE TIME TRANSFER, I'd like it off my books asap. This slip was $6500 at release, its 30' all open, no winch like others for sale... power at the post which is in line with slip... Great location for someone who likes the events and has the time to use it. I just simply don't anymore. You assume my agreement..which im happy to email you. AGAIN It's $0, +transfer of approximately $1650, and the monthly invoice.

$568 with their fee, mine was an original slip so its cheaper than the phase 2 monthlies. I used it twice this year...and my program will be much different next year so I just want to kill the expense..
