Yes. Only west bound ramp is open. Just went through last night.

Just the Eastbound on/off ramp is closed...you have to exit on Eagle Mountain pass i believe it is, which is one exit before Rice, then take the frontage rd over to Rice.

Don't know, turned left this morning at the stop sign at 62 after the bridge and immediately came up on an oversized vehicle flanked by cops. Turned left again at the fruit checkpoint a half hour later and went thru Blythe...

From Yucca, why not just east on the 62 to as make a left on Rice?

Eastbound 10 to Desert Center is now open. You don't have to go Eagle Mountain. There is a sign right before EM telling you DC off-ramp is open.

Going under the freeway from the off-ramp you can see the work they did. It appears to be done.
