Given His RFK seeming liberal leaning and His Partners (Shanahan) stance I'm trying to wrap my head around a positive bump for Trump ? 🤷‍♂️

He has garnered a lot of right side of moderate support due to his stance on vaccines and a lot of his overall government approach. I think him throwing in support behind Trump can bring in a lot of voters that would likely not vote for Trump otherwise.

I hope he gets a cabinet position with Trump in the health sector. Even though I disagree with him on a lot of policy, I think he is spot on with Big Pharma. I'll say it again, if you have not read his book "The real Anthony Fouci" you just don't know how corrupt heath care is. The Dems have used propaganda on him for years painting him as anti vaccine for many years. He totally aligns as an outsider that I think many Trump supporters want running our country. He could pull in some moderates when his story of not being allowed on ballots gets more press.

RFK and his campaign have experienced first hand the cheating and and anti democracy lawfare perpetuated by the DNC. This is them giving a giant middle finger to that party if they go through with the endorsement and partnership.

Junior makes good points about how corrupt the DNC is.

Also the only Democrat mentioning the astronomical debt and families financial struggles.

I would take a long shot guess he'll be Trumps EPA head and he'll not do anything with out the Donalds OK.

Ya gotta hand one thing to Junior, like him or not he's boots on the ground looking at issues in person, and says what he means.

Not saying he'll be any good, but he has the points he make to consider.

Him endorsing Trump and being offered a position with a Trump presidency could really wake people up to how corrupt the DNC is. Shanahan is already waking people up, she's a life long Dem and she's not holding back on the DNC. Tulsi is doing a good job as well. IMO.

I was listening to him and liked most of what he was saying but his stance on guns killed my possible vote
What is Kennedy's stance on gun control?

"Kennedy argued that Americans would be safer if local officials supported the police and enforced the laws on the books, rather than passing new gun control measures that only restrict law-abiding citizens.Jan 17, 2024" 🤷‍♂️

"Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is an advocate for stricter gun control laws, supporting measures such as universal background checks and banning assault weapons. He believes these steps are necessary to reduce gun violence and protect public safety."

I like the guy and think he would be good in a Trump administration, but his stance on guns is a no-go for me.

I'm not going to try to say he's always been against increased gun control, but I will take the words that come out of his mouth before a third party. Who is Mike McMaken? What makes him an expert on the opinion of RFK? I've never heard of him. But I have heard Kennedy say that he is adamantly opposed to taking guns from American citizens. I've also heard him say that if a reasonable gun control act was put on his desk as president, he would likely sign it. I interpret that to mean increased background checks and a potential ban on new "assault weapon" sales.

You can believe what you want, but I have watched several interviews with him over the years and the guy in not pro 2A. I was simply giving you one link that says exactly what I have heard him say. Ban on "assault weapons", which is a made up term BTW, is a non-starter. All magazine fed semiautomatic firearms operate exactly the same as so called "assault weapons".

Universal background checks? Yeah, fuck that. If I want to sell or give a gun to someone in Arizona I don't need a background check to legally do that. Sales on new firearms all require a background check or a current CCW. I am a 2A absolutist. There are far too many restrictions as it is when it comes to firearms.

I like RFK, but I would not let him anywhere near any position that has anything to do with the 2A.
