Same ^^ Thuren coils and track bar with Fox shocks on my 2024 2500. Happy with the ride. Installed in the driveway in a few hours.

Exactly what was said above if you want to go 2.5”

On my Ram I only wanted 1.5” which any cheap leveling puck or block can do.

Good to know, Carli told me the rate was to soft for a shorter level. Mine was a gasser so maybe that was a smaller market that they didn’t care to explore.
Yeah, Carli offers the 2.5 leveling spring and the 3.25 lift kits. I think both brands offer top quality parts so you really can't go wrong with either.

I'm in the market for my '24 CTD, think I am set on the Thuren 2.75 Coils, track bar front and rear, and Fox reservoirs and IFP rears. Seems to have good reviews

Thuren. I have their 2.75 coils up front with King shocks, king steering stabilizer, reservoir mounts, and track bar. I put pac brake air bags on the rear and left the rear springs stock and added king shocks on the rear. 2020 Ram 2500 diesel long bed 4x4. Love it. On 35" BFG HD Terrain tire. It rides sooo nice!

About 1,000 miles on the Thuren 2.75 springs in this picture. So far I haven't noticed them settle.

I echo everything above. '18, 2.75" Thuren springs, Carli track bar, and just Bilsteins all around since I aint rich lol. On my mega cab it rides perfectly level due to weight of larger cab. Stock coils in rear with Timbrens when I tow 5th wheel. Rides like a dream. 37's and Method -18mm offset wheels but I usually tow with stocks due to the gearing. Whatevery you do, GET THE TRACK BAR. The stock ones are terrible. CJC Offroad in Long Beach is the one stop shop for these trucks.

295/65-20 will measure 35"x 11.5 and fit with no clearance issues on the stock wheel. If you want 12.50's you really want a wheel with a different offset. CJC Offroad has a ton of videos on how to get the best fitment on the Ram.

Nice. Just watch the rubbing on sway bar and control arm when going larger in tires on the stock rims. Like the post above me, CJC has perfected the offset issue and taken the science out of figuring it all out. That's half the reason I stayed w 37's that are still 12.5 wide and not 13.5.

I was actually thinking of a 325-60-20 to get a true 35" tire on there, they are actually 35.5. Watched a youtube video of a guy who did the same kit and that size tire and had very minimal rub with stock wheels. I would like to go 37's but it will be used to tow an RV so want to keep the gearing.

Stock: 285/60-20 = 11.22" wide/33.46" tall
295/60-20 = 11.61" wide/33.9" tall - no rub
295/65-20 = 11.61" wide/35.09"tall - no rub
325/60-20 = 12.79" wide/35.35"tall - rub

We all know 35's aren't usually 35" tall so the metric sizes will be more accurate. You can probably get a 35/11.5-20 that will measure closer to 34.5" tall if you want to keep it closer to the stock 33.4" height, but bigger than the 295/60. The 325 is 12-3/4" wide and will rub the radius arms and sway bar on the stock wheel according to the interwebs.

Most 37's measure 36. Looks way better. Your effective gear ratio won't be a whole lot different vs a true 35.

I will probably just do a new wheel and tire setup, I don't care for the pizza cutter look with tall skinny tires.

Yeah, Nitto claims my 37's measure 36.77 but I haven't measured the actual mounted diameter. I just know they rubbed my inner fender so had to do a little clearance work LOL!

I run Thuren. 2” will set dead level on most trucks. Trucks with factory air ride sit a little lower in the rear compared to trucks with conventional springs.

I did 2” springs, trackbar, and “overland” shocks on my ‘16 2500, and ran 325/65R18 toyos on 18x9 +18 wheels with no rubbing. Ride was improved but still harsh if you were engaging the bumpstops over speed bumps, etc. I added timbrens when towing my toyhauler.

On my ‘17 3500 SRW with factory airbags I have Don’s 1.75” (same as 2” on a 2500) springs, trackbar, boogie bumps, and swaybar, with Fox remote res shocks all around, and the Fox TS steering stabilizer. 35x12.50R20 Coopers on 20x9 +18 wheels with no rubbing and a fullsize spare under the bed since the 3500 has no rear swaybar in the way. The boogies and front swaybar make a significant difference compared to just the springs.

Both trucks were/are basically dead level with the 2” springs, I didn’t want the rear lower than the front.

Make sure you adjust your air pressure accordingly when unloaded.

I had a Thuren 2" on my old '21 dually with factory air ride, and it was pretty much level but it also had a 300 lb bumper on it. That's why I have been going back and forth with the 2.75. We will see once it goes on the 2500

I don’t get the fox hype tried to like them but they leaked in my ram application. I’m lifting my 3rd 3rd Gen. Lol and went bilstein for longevity. The ifp are a little stiffer if you “use” your truck. I like thurens coils but my buddy says they’re too soft. He uses his truck more than mine.

Might have a look at McGaughys or FTS on my next Ram. A little different concept if you aren’t pre running the truck.

I had a Carli kit on my ‘13 for about 8 years. Kings constantly leaked and some other BS shock related issues that turned me away. Their rear leafs were the single greatest part of the system. I’d give Thuren a try next if I went that route again.

Kings on DD suck and leak. Carli is overpriced in my opinion and nothing special. Trying to treat a full size diesel like a prerunner isn’t the smartest endeavor in my opinion. Do people do it? Yes, it’s been done. Once again opinions are like assholes everyone has one 😂.

Put the Thuren Kit on today, with some Method 18” NV and Toyo AT3 37’s. Night and day ride quality! View attachment 1485611
I just got all the goodies together for AlfaOBD to work on my truck. You can set the TPMS threshold to allow you to run less tire pressure. Also works to change a ton of other things in the BCM.

I ordered the bypass cable yesterday from KAODTech, hopefully get it calibrated by the weekend. I used the AlphaOBD on my dually, great tool for sure

I didn't order the steering stabilizer with my kit, and it needs it especially with the 37's. I ordered the King one from Thuren yesterday also

I haven't ordered one yet either... I'm thinking about going with the Fox TS unit.
I have the fox TS, it is not strong enough for 35s+, spring for the ATS or King unit. I get some feedback when hitting bumps at high speeds- like sweeping curves on a highway.

I added the puck spacer until I decide what to do, got the ride height looking correct, will do the correct springs and shocks this summer when I have time.
