Recommendation for Havasu Home Renovations

We are looking for suggestions of companies to do some renovations around the house. If anyone has a contact they recommend it would be appreciated. Ready to get started as soon as we can.

Work includes…….
Installing new windows that are here.
Eve remove and jamaica wrap
Roof replacement
Stucco parch
A/C replacement

Good luck finding the trades people out there, and if you do, getting them to show up is going to be another battle.
It's a very shallow pool that doesn't seem to be getting better even w the modest construction slow down.

My recommendation would be Edge General Contracting. The owner is Shane Kaysen 928-486-0303. I was going to do a full renovation including RV garage, master suite, and kitchen remodel. Most contractors were flaky, no shows, etc. Shane was very responsive and even brought his wife Adele over to help with the kitchen design. We ended up not doing the remodel as we purchased a different home during the permitting phase, but if I needed a contractor, Shane would be my first call.

You can also drive by one of their projects on the corner of Empress and Bamboo where they did an RV Garage, master on top, new roof, etc. You will also often see their signs around town on projects they are working on.

I was happy with Dustin at Stidman Construction for my patio flat roof repair and repairs to my tile roof. He does framing so he can probably handle the eve’s.

For stucco, try Louie Venditto (owner) with Stucco Tech. His guys did an awesome job when I added my outdoor bathroom.

Call me this weekend...I'll hand you the list for all of this.. All vetted and people who actually show the fuck up.

A/c is Weatherman...Kyle is straight up as they come and knows his shit.

I've got a great guy for stucco blending and windows as well... I'll give you 2 names on the roof...one did 3 jobs for us (commercial and rest), the other did two resi for me. Both were no issues, no need to do call backs etc.
