This is my 84 year old dad’s car, he stopped driving a few months ago.
2000 Buick LeSabre very nice original paint and interior. 65,000 og miles, new tires, a/c system, power window motors, battery, brakes and more. He was a car dealer and very good mechanic his whole life and he would replace stuff on this car sometimes I think because he was bored…
Runs and drives great, freeway speed, cold a/c. I drove him up to Lake arrowhead and all over in it.
Current tags, clear title. Located in Palm desert 92211. Haven’t washed it in a month or so, started up weekly though.
I think it’s a pretty nice loaded car
for $6500 obo.
Any questions please ask, I prefer text. Thank you

Nice to meet you Mike.
Tom's a pretty good guy, I'm mostly overrated., 😁

The car was better than you even said and that's a nice change from what seems to be the norm for sellers.

It'll be perfect for him to leave in Scottsdale for using while he's not traveling.

Tom needs to throw some 26” wheels on that thing.

Funny story. Buddies grandparents had pretty much the same car. Grandpa did all the driving and had passed away. Grandma started driving it and would take the other old ladies to bingo once a week in the next town over. BFE Iowa farm folks. Grandma was complaining to my buddy about other driver's honking, flipping them off and hauling ass past them.
He went out to visit and took the car to run an errand for her.
Figured out why real fast. The digital speedo was set to kilometers per hr.

These are legit one of the most reliable cars ever made 👍
Mmmm, 🤷‍♂️

We had an 02 for several years.
One by one all 4 power window motors failed.
And of course while I had a vice grips holding up 2 windows the A/C failed.

A couple of problems with climate controls actually.

The window motors weren’t cheap.

But the car was a great road car when stuff worked. Like driving a cloud so smooth.
It wasn’t really quick but was fairly fast on the highway, eventually😂
Highway fuel mileage didn’t suck either.

It’s sorta crazy, there’s quite a large cult following around them.

Tons of forum posts and Reddit threads, as well as dozens of YouTube vids.

Here’s a pretty good one LOL
