'Had some excitement this morning. Guy flipped his race boat about 100 yds from us. We had to pluck him out of water. He is OK just bruised up some and a little dingy. Boat was tore up."

Yup....smooth clean water...boat just came apart. Emilio is a little banged up, but in good shape otherwise. We’re pitted next to him.

That boat had a lot of race miles on it...they don’t live forever.

He’s still walking around under his own power, which is the only thing that matters.

that's good to hear bummer about the boat but fiberglass can be repaired/replaced.

Kevin was such a great guy. He was a part of the ol BBSP and was always there to help anyone to get back out on the water. He loaned me a lower unit to keep me in the game a couple times. Rest in peace Kevin and positive vibes for his wife, Anna.

woah, thats not what you want to hear, I was glad to hear the first driver was ok, only to scroll 2 posts to hear someone past

talk about what you never want to hear, sorry for everyones loss, esp the family.
