On Thanksgiving I hooked up with RDP Member Dean Acton to go for a Ride in a 24 SX Nordic with a 570 Imore. Dean owns Captains Village Marina in Canada http://www.captainsvillage.com/ and is Nordic's exclusive dealer up there. He had just purchased the boat, and was staying in Parker as a jump point for the Offroad races in Mexico (Baja 1000) . With the weather being perfect this year, he had to run it a little just to make sure everything is perfect.
On a side note, neither in this video or the ones getting ready to come out did we run it all the way out to the Rev Limiter. The boat has a recorded speed of 99 MPH, and there is little doubt in my mind that with a labbed prop it would be over 100 mph. We ran it up to low 90's in this Vid, and Mid 90's in the subsequent vids that will be coming out.
