Like they are buying cars with stolen credit cards? Or identify theft? Or just lying on finance forms?

ID theft and stolen credit card number, this is the big deal now since Prop 47 ,it is insane. Often stole or lost real drivers' licenses are used and find someone that closely matches the photo. Rental companies are getting hit hard about now.

I just saw on kcal9 a clip of a pursuit involving a silver mustang that was involved in a robbery and ended in Serria Madre.

Just paused the TV and lic plate matches
