Property outside of LHC

Living in Corona and looking at buying 20-40 acres in Yucca Az or Topock Az to visit on occasion. We haven’t spent any time in either of those cities, but we can’t afford LHC anymore and want enough property that we can build a small house(large enough garage that houses 2 SxS’s few dirt bikes and 1 car), but close enough to take dirt to LHC.
I know that I have to have Az insurance to register vehicles in the state, is there anything else I should know regarding a CA resident owning property in Az?

Quite a few dirt trails and some single track, you can hit up topoc 66, Bunker bar, and some of the desert bars east of bullhead plus you can explore the Mountain trails
