Headed out to Glamis north for the first time this weekend. Riding spots and tips would be greatly appreciated.

Grab a map from the office... The trestle bridge is pretty cool and then up the wash from that about a mile on the left is a very cool canyon. That's the one where the sides are eroded under the canyon walls and ends into a really bitchen rock waterfall.

afternoons , if you go the bat cave and watch the sunset over the salt and sea... That was a lot of fun. We never made it to salvation mountain..I figured once you've seen a homeless camp you've seen them all, but I could be wrong.

a good ride was up to Chiraco summit and bang around the Patton museum... that was cool for the little ones.

The Oasis was a little anticlimactic ,but a great place to inventory your coolers.

The most memorable part of that place was the evening shenanigans.... After a great day in the dirt, The host Spring pools were alltime..

You could likely get them to put Supercross on and lay around in the giant hot tub with some beverages and drink the night away...

What ever you call fun , you will be able to find it there.... Cheers!! have a great time!!

TH1

P.S. STAY AWAY FROM THE QUICK SAND.... They tell you about it... I didn't listen... We were close to having to phone a friend...

TPC to the courtesy phone.
I've been to the campground, but never ridden out of there. Looks like some great trails. There is YouTube on it. Was trying to get my group to go there.

We do a loop up Bradshaw trail to the 10 to Chiriaco summit and back around thru mEcca side.
You have to go down the aquaduct about 19 miles to East Jesus, Slab city and Salvation Mountain. Its a must do!
