I’ve been following the Powell information threads here the past several weeks and appreciate everyone’s input. It‘s been 10 years since our last Lake Powell trip so we’re looking forward to it! We are joining friends that own a houseboat so not really sure where we will end up. But regardless, good times will be had! Anybody out this next week?

We came looking for you in padre... burned some gas that we didn't have and got back to the docks just before some rain. We only spent 3 of our days on the water that week and the rainy day (when you went to rock creek) doesn't count.

Again, same place, same time and we still can't get it together. Glad you guys made the trip, there's always next year, just sayin (mid july '24 is already booked).

We certainly appreciate your efforts! Looks like you both had another great trip. And you’re right, there’s always next year. We are definitely going back next Summer but probably in September. I’ll keep you posted!! Thanks for trying to meet up!

The place is just so amazing. I can't say we liked July over September. But as for September, the lake was less crowded with cooler daytime temps that were a plus (lake conditions last week were damn near epic). I booked both our trips for 2023 a year ahead and will do same for 2024 (booking Sept now), just not likely that we will follow through with both, but ya never know.

Will we see you on Oahu this December?
