Prior to my GLP 1 "diet" I fell for the Campo Grande Iberico Pork packages everyone see out there on social media , This meat came nicely packaged , cryo packed and shipped with dry ice . Been looking for a special occasion to try it . This is a "Pressa" roast that we grilled yesterday , Its truly delicious and tender and yes its a bit pink but was cooked to an accurate temp (to avoid Trichinosis risk) This Spanish grown Pork is unique and different .
