Pool Thread

Hey everyone, I know there are ton's of pool threads on here that I have read already however majority were for new builds. I am looking for someone in havasu to redo pebble tec and tile for my pool. I also want to remove the coating (forgot the name) that's on the concrete and do stone over it,

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
