Police Activity at Havasu Landing

Sitting on our deck about 5:30 saw two police boats hauling ass across the lake . Jumped in the golf cart headed down to the launch ramp,thought there might be a fight going on,but they were in slips on the A dock.Total of 4 police boats and the sheriff car down there,but nobody seemed to know what was up.Even asked Paul Blart at the guard shack but he was oblivious.They seemed to be paying particular attention to this red and white cat in the picture. Edit: Paul Blart just stopped by and said there had been a hit and run boat style

I know all they do is ride around in boats but you would think they'd at least try and stay in somewhat decent shape, I'm guessing they don't do many foot pursuits.
