I don't know how to do it on an iPhone, but on an android, you can take a screenshot of your screen by holding the home button and the power button at the same time. It automatically saves the screenshot as a photo in your gallery. You would just upload it the same way you would a normal picture post. :thumbsup

The title has a different meaning at least. Phone wallpaper isn't the same as a screensaver. Specially since 0hones done have screensavers and just turn off the screen.
