I am fixing the CEL on my truck this weeks and will be registering it in AZ for the first time.
It has an intake, exhaust, bigger throttle body, tune, and catch can. My neighbor told me as long as it has cats and no CEL it will pass. I looked online and all I can find is people asking about no cats and CELs, nothing about other mods.
Just wanted to verify before I possibly go look like an idiot.
