In context, it appears she is explaining how it occurs un-noticed by others. I seriously doubt she is some how offering a road map or supporting it. But who really knows.

I can tell you from experience having interviewed young victims of this type of act, most of them did not realize what was occurring at the time. It is generally later when they get a little more mature and educated that they understand what really happened.

Scary truth to much of it is that the perpetrators of sexual abuse are generally close family members taking advantage of that family relationship. Sick fucks that we really shouldn't waste any more oxygen on.
