I heard something yesterday that she is a wildlife photographer and conservationist and thought that the animals were being harmed and exploited being kept as pets.
According to NY, they can't test without killing the animal, and since it had not bit anyone and was now dead, no reason to test.
Now they should euthanize the dumbass lady who called it in.
