Parker flat bottom help / opinion

Friend I know who lives in Texas wants a flatbottom and came across this one for sale in Parker. He wanted me to go look at it for him, but I dont know squat about flats, what they are worth, good parts, bad parts, priced right, etc, was hoping that someone on here could tell me if its a good deal or not. Also does anyone know this guy Mark in Parker who built it and his reputation? He has a shop on 7th street.

If it's Mark Lopresti, he's a good guy. Races Circles with us, well did before he sold the boat.

Doesn't sound like a bad price, considering parts list. If the guys serious i'd imagine Mark would take you out for a water test.
