Horse traded this for some remodel work years ago for a project I was planing that never came to fruition so it’s time to cut it loose. It’s in great condition but I honestly can’t say if it runs/works, no reason to believe it doesn’t. It came out of a customers Moho that had fire damage and the insurance apparently totaled/buy back. Anyway asking $400, it’s located in Havasu.

Does this come with the control board assembly?

If it’s attached to the unit I would say yes, whatever is pictured. If it is something that was in the coach than now as I’m sure it melted/burnt.
