I've had quite a bit of seat time in a 43 Nor-Tech cat. Buddy owned the first one built. There were only a handful built in total. They are big, heavy sob's. Not the fastest but wave CRUSHERS! Fun boat but tough re-sale on those. Buddy ended up basically giving his away. Easily the nicest of all built with fewest hours and brand new Potter motors. Thing was prestine and went for about the same price as the one in the ebay ad.
