John Force wasn’t spectacular in testing last week and his woes continue into the opener. He was taken to hospital and released after a couple hours and expected to be back for Q3 tomorrow.
He’s got some in the FC class biting his ankles (Ron Capps especially, started it last year) about his driving. Just another reason I despise DSR!

He had a good run going then boom , blew the body clean off the car. He got out of the car and was walking right after the accident but it's still good to hear he is okay.

Yea i heard about it from my mom. She works at university of La Verne right across the street from the track. She told me she heard a good sized boom today. I showed her the video of it. She though JF died. I told her that was nothing.

Great view! I’ve had Tower Suite at Wild Horse but the plexi-glass was hammered and spent more time outside than in. How’s the temps for eliminations today?

Perfect. 72*-73* and track temp is 10-13* more than that.

Tons of motors popping though. Oil downs are slowing the day.

Twitter kinda went quiet after Brittany’s crash but it looks like John was back at the track and Hight went to the final round bowing out to Hagan. I haven’t seen anything on Brittany’s condition but judging by Robert finishing the race it suggests she will be ok, idk?
Rough weekend for JFR, a FC body is roughly $50K(Johns car) and $250K(Brittany’s car), but the main thing is she is alive. Like PC20 mentioned I hope she can put this out of her mind and return to Championship form. [emoji1488]

Different suite and different story with that disaster of an organization. Larry couldn’t even hack it over there. Sucks because he deserved better.

It was a good day and lots of customers/friends got stoked out.

Ran into Robert Hight at a restaurant this morning. Nobody knew who he was so I played it cool and just shook his hand.

I really enjoy how fan interactive NHRA is. No other high end Motorsport can you be this close to the athletes.

Good times...
