Seattle PD tried that no pursuit bullshit and it was a complete failure. Bad guys, who were being chased, were calling 911 and telling them to call off the pursuit or they would sue.. The law was overturned after a year or so.

Even swing blue states don't care for him because he's to radical for them. Hopefully these moves aren't for show because he'll be the VP pick! If he is God help us all lol.
