That looks great! really a big step up.
What are the details on the process? Was this a DYI deal or did you have shop do it?
Is that a second Mach 22 in the background?
When you switched to the white rub rail, where did you get it, and how did you form it around the corners and turns and such?
I Just picked up this one for a little summer fun, I would like to do the same color match dealio.

Why yes it is. A twin like yours. Congrats I’ve been eyeing that one.
I need to check where the rub rail came from. If you aren’t replacing yours you wont need to bend it just taking it off to paint. But if you do replace all you have to do is heat it up a little bit with a heat gun. You will need another person to help hold while you heat. I would suggest practicing with your old straight pieces before trying the new ones.
Yours will look awesome with paint to match rub rail.
You’re the painter, but couldn’t it be painted while on the boat? Or is it simply easier to remove and paint?
Yeah me either but I figure it ain’t eating anything. I’ll keep it till I get an offer that is worth my while. And the way the used boat market is going I want more now than I did lol.
Thanks! Yours came out badass too, really brings it all together.Looks great.

View attachment 611893 Changed the rub rail to white and paint to match graphics. Things we do in the winter when we are bored.
Looks great... I'm tackling the same project right now, I'm curious as to what sealant type you used to cover the old screw holes, and did you use the same type for the rail itself?
