The picture looks like it was taken from a low position in order to get the whole residence in the frame.... accentuating the gap...I'm sure it's on the weep screed.

We just putted by your place on Tuesday. Looks very nice. I never saw the actual first round Green Stucco Coat in person but the final pint job looks good.

Some colors should just come with a Warning...."Not to be used as Exterior House Paint" to keep the stupid from making mistakes like that.

There's a house I drive by on my way to work I believe was supposed to be the red and green colors of the Mexican flag. Turned out hot pink and bright green. These people just moved in less than a year ago and painted it that way. Just went up for sale yesterday. Good luck with that.
