With the deadline approaching on the 21st lowers are getting hard to find, anyone have any suggestions on where to find 1 or 2 around the Corona Norco area?

Thanks:thumbup:

Go there and buy the jig/drills and a couple of PCR-80 lowers and build them yourself. It's not hard, and doesn't take very long.

Best of all, no serials, and no 4473's on file.

Why register them? Nobody in NY did after Shit for Brains Cuomo passed his gun ban.

If built after the first of the year you better not build it with the "evil features" that CA deemed evil. Or you will be making a AW.........To shoot your 80% in CA you will need a featureless grip/stock

If you build it now with the current approved features, you have 1 year to reg them as AW. Once done, you don't need the new rules that will be in effect. But your now reg AW cannot be sold or passed down to son/daughter/wife, ect. You'll die with it.

Sounds good. This is with the 80% deal and no serial? Also I'm assuming any way you do it you're stuck with the 10 round fixed deal? Sorry for the dumb questions

In theory any 80 built after jan 1 has to be "featureless" and cannot be registered. However, they can't prove when it was made so again, in theory, you can build an 80 and then register it sometime next year as a home build and then register as an AW if you so desire.d

To cover my ass I don't advocate breaking the law however.

Any NEW AR bought after the 1st will have the "fixed" mag. All the ones people are buying now with the BB will need to re-register them as an AW so they keep current features as of today. If you build your own it will need to be featureless and you also don't need the BB.

Again, you have 1 year after the first to reg your AR (80% as well) as an AW and to keep the current features as of today if you don't want to run featureless.

If your thinking about building an 80% I would still add a ser# for your own records incase its stolen.
