Need recommendation for shop for engine replacement in Vegas, Henderson or Boulder

Nothing special.
My 21 year old 5.7 Merc Alpha 1, I think, bent a valve. It pings at anything over 2k rpm. It did this also last year on cyl. 5 & 7. I had the head reworked. I have to do a compression test. But now I don't trust just head work. I want to get the motor replaced with a crate motor.

I've had the fuel pumps replaced at All Seasons. Was upfront about the problem and price. They took the time to show me the old parts and filters and delivered the boat when promised.

Last year I procrastinated on the annual service. With the BS in my personal life I wasn't sure if I was even going to pull the boat out. But the week of the memorial dam to dam run, I changed my mind. Called Shane and asked if he could help. Shane got me in the next day and out the following. He had to move some things around but knew I was an RDP inmate and got me squared away.
