Need physical help in Fort Mohave with new boat cover getting on boat.

The wind has torn the cover off one of my boats.
I have a new tarp and tiedowns. Because of health issues i cant do a ladder.
if anyone near Fort Mohave could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
