I'm about 30 days from my wedding and need to drop a few pounds and tone up for the wedding. Not looking to rip the seams in my tux but just drop a chin and look good for the pictures. Any Joe Weider or Arnold's out there that can give me a 4 week routine to follow? :grumble:

Thanks,

SHEP

X2

Eating right will be the fastest way to get results. Cardio will help as well. =

Dont mess to much with weights in that short amount of time. You will not have any gains by then.

Join one of the boot camp work out places, there's a free one in Santa Ana called Payan X

Also eating right always helps.

Cut out carbs and watch the weight drop. Need to get cardio in there as well.

Insanity! 30 - 40 mins of some good cardio mixed with a little bit of strength training. I can DropBox a couple routines for you.

In such a short period of time any help you see from a workout routine will be minimal if you dont address your diet. No need to reinvent the wheel get online figure out your daily calories needed by Bmi , put yourself on a 2-500 calorie deficit and eat as clean as possible. no sodas ,no fast food, and limit carbs.

I agree... eat clean, don't drink any calories (soda, beer, etc) Water, water, water. A cardio routine (insanity or similar) will help but limit yourself to about 30 minutes. Make sure you eliminate all carbs after 5pm if possible. (or as close to 5pm as you can depending on your schedule.) 4 weeks is plenty of time to make a difference if you start right and dive right in. Just make sure you are eating right so your body doesn't go into a starvation mode. Good luck and congrats. :champagne::champagne:
