It would take a strong offer but I think about moving me and my kids to the Phoenix area all the time. We have some learning disabilities and resources arent great in Havasu. It weighs heavy on my mind because I chose to live in Havasu, not them and I want the best for them

If you think of doing this I would began the process now on getting your Haz mat . Frist your TSA clearance on fingerprints can take up 6 weeks to get that before you can even take a HAZ mat test, get the paperwork from MVD make sure you have your brith certificate with you when go to get your fingerprints done .The only site to do that around LHC is at IWX terminal in Kingman to get that done best to make appointment or at times it can be wait . TWIC card I think is required for the bulk fueling terminals which a separate process altogether . I did the process 4years ago , make sure that get familiar with the testing material and the hazmat book . You only test once in Az but you must renew your TSA clearance every five years and your employer I think has to offer continue education every two years along with testing for hazmat, but the MVD test only once ,but make sure update your TSA if you let that expire, you have to start over again or downgrade your license without HAZ Mat on it. Getting the HAZ Mat is lot of jumping through hoops constantly ,a driver I know told me they just update the test in his opinion is one of the hardest test pass because you have to know the laws there’s no gray areas to the answers. either you know the material or you don’t if you don’t know the HAZ material in the book you don’t pass.
