Have not had a 10 day vacation since Naci days. First come first serve at the campground so I had to be there the Sunday before Memorial to get the waterfront spot I like.

Yes the water line is in the parking lot. Heritage has kept people from day camping in the lot so you can still turn around and launch. My friend who is local stopped to take a picture and was told to move. Heritage is on top of making launching easier.

You can get back into the narrow and see the waterfall with the water level so high. I’ve been back there once like that. It’s super cool. Friends even water ski’s waaaaay in the back where it opens up. I’ve even heard you can see hurst castle when the lakes at full pool like it is now but I never saw it.

Yes! We ended up in that little cove right at the entrance again...a little stinky this week for some reason. We were thinking about going back in the narrows but it takes a while to idle back in there especially after exploring a couple other places...we decided to do the narrows next time. Never knew that about seeing Hurst Castle! That would be pretty cool to see from there. Skiing back there is fun as hell! I skied outa there naked with a chicken hat one time back in the nineties

How’s the wood in the water at Full Pool?

Not as bad as last week! Good amount of crap at the "no wake" entrance to the narrows though. All the small stuff is pretty much gone but some pretty good size chunks and small logs are still floating around at that end. I'de suggest checking water pickups and around the drives/props when ya stop...I pulled a chunk out of my drive shower intake.
